The consortium of the FP7 Animal Change European project and Global Research Alliance on Agricultural Greenhouse Gases would like to invite you to participate in a workshop title: “Livestock and Climate Change”.

Venue: Best Western Hotel Hungaria, Budapest

Date: 30th and 31st October 2014

The workshop will present results from the EU-FP7 Animal Change project and derive strategies to implement the outputs from the project relevant to Central and Eastern Europe.

The event will include:

  • Keynote lectures on applicable results obtained from FP7 Animal ChangeLectures on the implementation of mitigation and adaptation strategies that are relevant to Central and Eastern Europe; and
  • A round table discussion on how the outputs from the project can be implemented in the region.


There will also be opportunity on the evening of the first day for delegates to present posters.

The workshop will be of interest to those working in Research, Extension and Policy throughout Central and Eastern Europe.
