CCAFS/GRA/CAC collaborative paper on developing a framework for MRV improvement needs

Developed in collaboration by the aforementioned, this working paper presents a framework that can be used for assessing countries and their needs around measuring, reporting and verifying livestock greenhouse gas emissions. The framework itself consists of 13 guiding questions, that are then implemented in an eight-step assessment. Examples are included surrounding Kenya, Ethiopia and Nigeria.
