New GRA Guidelines Clarify Leadership Roles and Responsibilities
The Global Research Alliance on Agricultural Greenhouse Gases (GRA) has developed updated Guidelines for Leadership Roles in the GRA to provide a shared reference for the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of those involved in the GRA.
The guidelines cover the GRA Council, GRA Chair, GRA Secretariat, GRA Special Representative, Research Group Co-Chairs, Research/Independent Network Co-Leads, Flagship Project Leads, GRA Members and Partner Organisations.
The document (which can be downloaded below) outlines how these roles contribute to the GRA’s governance, strategic priorities, research collaboration, work planning, reporting, and knowledge sharing. It also supports greater coordination across the GRA, helping members and partners work together to advance research and reduce agricultural greenhouse gas emissions. The guidelines provide a practical reference to support consistent ways of working, strengthen collaboration, and help deliver the GRA’s shared objectives
