IRN: Rooted Globally, Grown Locally: Indigenous Knowledge in a Changing Climate

Details about the panel session hosted by the Indigenous Research Network at the United Nations GA80 Science Summit 2025. This session focused on indigenous led approaches to developing food systems that are resilient, diverse, collaborative, and sustainable in the face of climate change. There were representatives from 20 countries in attendance including: Argentina, Bermuda, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Ghana, Kenya, New Caledonia, New Zealand, Nigeria, Peru, Romania, Samoa, Switzerland, The United States, and Uganda.
